Most items displayed on our website are in stock. If an item is subject to a longer delivery time, this information is clearly specified.

If you place an order where one or more items are not currently in stock, your parcel will be mailed when all the items ordered are available.

You will receive an e-mail notification that your order has been dispatched.

In more than 95 per cent of cases, PostNord delivers parcels on the following business day throughout Sweden.

The shipping charge payable is SEK 69.

 

Digital invoices sent via e-mail do not incur an invoicing fee.

 

No payment surcharges apply.

If you wish to exchange/return an item, you are free to do so within 14 days of the product’s arrival at the distribution point.

By law, you are required to notify us BEFORE you return an item. Otherwise, your right of return will be rendered invalid.

 

If you return an item WITHOUT notifying us in advance, your return will be classified as invalid. In such cases, you can have your item returned to you for an additional fee. More information is available under the Exchanges & Returns tab. If you choose to return the item, an administration fee of SEK 250 will be payable.

Please note that you must always have received and enclosed your return slip BEFORE you send your parcel to us. Without the accompanying return slip, your exchange/return will not be approved.  

 

Obviously, the item must be returned in its original condition (i.e., undamaged and unused). For more information, please go to the Exchanges & Returns tab.

 

If the item has been damaged or used, we will not refund your money.

Make sure to include your contact details, so that we know that the item has been sent by you.

If you paid using Klarna, we will return your money the same way. If you paid using a debit/credit card, the money will be refunded to your bank account/credit card.

 

DISCOUNTED ITEMS AND SAMPLES CANNOT BE EXCHANGED.

 

Special Order Items

If a product has been labelled as a “special order item”, it means that the product is not currently in stock and that we will order it for you after we have received your order. Please note that special order items may NOT be returned or exchanged.

 

Complaints

If you wish to return an item due to a manufacturing defect, you are required to do so within a reasonable time frame after the item has been delivered. Please e-mail us at contact@ellwi.com and we will do our best to assist you.

 

Damage Sustained during Transit

If you discover that your parcel has been damaged before you open it, you must report this to the distribution point from which your collected your parcel. If you had already opened the parcel before you discovered the damage, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail at contact@ellwi.com

 

You can avoid paying the return shipping charge if you photograph the damage and e-mail the image(s) to us.

 

Unclaimed Parcels

In the case of unclaimed parcels, ELLWI AB reserves the right to charge a fee of SEK 250 to cover the costs incurred in dispatching your order. Unclaimed parcels are not usually covered by the right to cancel a purchase.
